After over 10 years in the "Mind Body" application of health and fitness, Pete has established a reputation of helping people overcome and manage many things that may lead to a poor quality of life in people of all age groups, through the "Mind Body" method of Coaching.
By the implementation of better movement patterns, through a more mindful approach in functional training, Pete has shown people of all ages how they can achieve pain free movement, increased mobility, added flexibility, strength fitness and resilience well beyond their own expectations, not only in the gym but in life too.
